Etah district of Uttar Pradesh has faced loss of 25 lives which includes 18 school going children due to major collision between a school bus and truck. The school bus accident in Uttar Pradesh caused massive injuries to 50 people and the incident happened in the Aliganj town of the Etah district of Uttar Pradesh.
As the reports say, the accident might have happened because of heavy fog in that area. The bus was carrying students of JS Public School of Aliganj in Etah and driver lost the balance of sight because of unpardonable opaqueness of chilly fog. The accident was so severe that, it took more than one hour to recover all the bodies from the collided bus.
The accident also killed the driver of the bus and made 50 people vulnerable to deadly injuries.
For the immediate relief, a team of doctors and specialists have been made available on the sight. The patients which are heavily injured have been referred to Aligarh and Agra hospitals.
Also, PM Narendra Modi expressed his grief on these sudden deaths of children. PM Modi tweeted it like, “Anguished by the tragic accident…I share the pain of the bereaved families and condole passing away of young children”. He further added that, “I pray that those injured in the accident in Etah recover at the earliest”.
Due to extreme weather conditions, district magistrate had announced the holidays for three days period. But, acting ignorant, the school authorities continued to keep the school open. Reports also says that, during the early morning also, there was the scenario of opaque fog which may have led to this tragic collision of school bus with the truck.
The moving bus slipped into a gorge because the driver failed deal with a curve because of dense fog.
Just after the incident happened, associated bureaucrats, SSP, DM, Aliganj CO reached to the spot and government hospital where the injured are undergoing the treatment.
