Indian Railways To Operate First Vande Bharat Express in Rajasthan

Vande Bharat Express, a premium train service, may soon arrive in Rajasthan. According to reports, Indian Railways may soon begin service between New Delhi and Jaipur via the Vande Bharat Express.

The current four-hour travel time between the two cities is expected to be reduced to less than two hours by the other express trains operating on the New Delhi-Jaipur route.

At the moment, eight Vande Bharat Express trains run across the country, the most recent being the Secunderabad-Vizakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express, which connects the two Telegu-speaking states. Other Vande Bharat Express trains in service include the New Delhi-Varanasi, New Delhi-Katra, Gandhinagar Capital-Mumbai, New Delhi-Amb Andaura, Chennai-Mysuru, Bilaspur-Nagpur, and the New Delhi-Amb Andaura.

Other Vande Bharat Express trains that run are the New Delhi-Varanasi, New Delhi-Katra, Gandhinagar Capital-Mumbai, New Delhi-Amb Andaura, Chennai-Mysuru, Bilaspur-Nagpur, and Howrah-New Jalpaiguri.

Vaishnaw, Minister of Railways, stated, “Vande Bharat is an excellent train. It can travel from 0 to 100 km in 52 seconds, whereas other trains take 54 to 60 seconds. Vande Bharat’s designs are superior to those of an aeroplane. It has the potential to provide the most comfortable travelling experience.”

PM Modi stated during the inauguration of the Secunderabad-Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express that seven Vande Bharat trains (which have already been introduced) have covered a total distance of 23 lakh kilometres, which is equivalent to 58 rounds of the earth. Vande Bharat has carried over 40 lakh passengers.

With a capacity of 1,128 passengers, the Vande Bharat Express consists of 14 AC Chair Car Coaches and two Executive AC Chair Car Coaches. It will provide the quickest transportation between these two stations and will have exclusive reserved seating.

The train is built with indigenous technology and is outfitted with modern features and enhanced comfort. It has automatic sliding doors and reclining seats in all classes, as well as rotating seats in the executive class.

Vande Bharat Express’s indigenously designed train set is outfitted with cutting-edge passenger amenities. Railways stated that it will make rail travel faster, more comfortable, and more convenient for passengers.
