After films like Drishyam and Golmaal Again, Ajay Devgn is now prepping up to hit the theatres in his new film Raid. Poster of his upcoming flick ‘Raid’ is now out and features Ajay in his usual look. However, what’s missing is his usual uniform. Hence, the movie’s tag says: ‘heroes don’t always come in uniform’. This movie will mark Ajay’s screen presence in a sans-uniform avatar after his films like Singham series, Sunday, Gangaajal, LOC Kargil, among many others.
In the poster of Raid, Ajay looks grumpy and strong-headed. He is surrounded with loads of cash and gold. As the movie is based on black money, all the wealth around him is what he has unearthed from various deceitful sources across the country. Devgn will be seen playing IT officer in the movie, which is based on an IT raid in UP.

About the other stars in the film, Raj Kumar has roped in Ileana D’Cruz and Saurabh Shukla. The script of Raid is written by Ritesh Shah, a stellar writer who is associated with Pink and Airlift. Here is the Raid trailer.

“Raid is a story that needs to be told on the big screen, and I’m looking forward to working with Ajay on a subject like this,” Raj Kumar Gupta said.
On being asked about working with Ajay, Ileana said, “Working with Ajay has been really really smooth. He is one of those people who is just so easy to work with. You forget the fact that he is this big superstar because he is super easy to work with. And, it is a great role for me, it is very different. I think it is a great film, and it was a great experience working with Rajkumar Gupta as well.”
Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak, Raid releases on March 16.
