Age is no barrier for people who’re willing to learn. It’s just a limitation that you put on your mind. Anyone who stops learning at any age is old. Anyone who keeps learning stays young forever—a fact which is evident in Rajasthan’s Barmer district. State statistics reveal that many senior citizens have appeared in Rajasthan’s open exam for Class X and XII this year. Irrespective of extreme temperatures and lack of proper facilities, many candidates wrote their exams while sitting on the floor.

The elderly population took their tests without any hesitation. In fact, they were happy to write their exams with young students around them. They believe it’ll send out a strong message that everybody should have at least basic education.

These senior citizens have inspired us to move ahead and face tough challenges in our life.
