USA President Donald Trump along with first lady of USA Melanie Trump has reached India for his first ever visit in the sub continent country. He landed in the country’s capital where Indian PM Narendra Modi recieved him at the airport.

He showered love and praise on India saying that America loves, respects India.

He tweeted, “First lady and I have travelled 8,000 miles around the world to give a message to each citizen of this country – America loves India, America respects India, and the people of America will always be true and committed friends of the people of India,” the American leader tweeted in Hindi.

“America and India will make their countries strong, work for the prosperity of their people, help those who dream big and make the future brighter than ever before and this is just the beginning,” he wrote in another tweet.

Later this evening he reached Agra to give the very special Taj Mahal a visit. He wrote some mesmerising words about the ancient monument of India, “The Taj Mahal inspires awe. A timeless testament to the rich and diverse beauty of Indian culture! Thank you India,” the US president and First Lady wrote in the visitor’s book at the monument.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi welcomed the couple with giant billboards which read, “Grand welcome of India’s best friend to the City of Love –Agra’. Massive billboards bearing greeting messages dotted the nearly 13-km route of his convoy while major street roundabouts are decked up with US and India flags.

Trumps will leave from Taj Mahal after a guided tour of the historic monument. They have reached the Agra Airport right now and very soon they will leave for New Delhi, where they are scheduled to arrive at 7.30 pm
