The handsome Shahid Kapoor has bought a new home and it costs a whopping Rs 56 crores. Although the pictures of the house aren’t disclosed yet, what we do know now is the dimensions of their duplex flat.
Shahid Kapoor’s new sea-facing home is on the 42nd and 43rd floor in Tower B of the apartment complex named Three Sixty West. The flat is 427.98 square metre and 300.48 sqm, including a balcony running 40.88 sqm which makes the total area of the flat to 801.30 sqm, or 8,625 sq ft.
Mira is pregnant with her second baby and the parents bought the new home quite timely. They are currently residing in their Juhu flat, however, according to sources, the increasing menace of prostitution in the vicinity is the reason for relocating. The couple had been hunting for a good property for the last six months.
The couple’s first child, Misha Kapoor was born in August 2016. It was she who actually announced the news of her younger sibling by posing with a sketch saying ‘Big Sister’.
The media is going crazy and are always looking for more opportunities to capture the mommy-to-be on their roll. The couple recently hosted a baby shower party for close family and friends at their present residence. Even Shahid’s half-brother and new Bollywood sensation Ishaan was also in attendance. He was accompanied by Jhanvi Kapoor.

Mira was glowing and the couple was all eyes for each other. They cut the cake and looked super happy together. Mira wore an off-shoulder polka dots dress worth 60 grands at the party.
Other celebrities which will be living in this building will be Akshay Kumar and Abhishek Bachchan, who paid Rs 27.94 crore and Rs 41.14 crore respectively. If reports are to be believed, Akshay purchased a flat in the building in 2015 while Abhishek Bachchan bought the house in 2014.
On the work front, Shahid Kapoor is working for Batti Gul Meter Chalu, co-starring Shraddha Kapoor.
