Your Empty Stomach Should Restrain From These Foods

Empty stomach is the most sensitive and prone to problems. From childhood we have been told to binge on fruits and vegetables but this is not quite advisable during the morning hours, specially the citrus fruits. Fruits are rich sources of minerals, vitamins, fibers and antioxidants which protect from diseases like cancer. Even the healthiest foods can be hazardous for empty stomachs.

Below we have food which we should not eat on empty stomach:

Tomatoes:

However, tomatoes are a rich source of antioxidants, vitamins and soluble ingredients but when eaten on empty stomach, they combine with stomach acids causing stomach block.

People suffering from ulcers should abstain from tomatoes.

Citrus Fruits:

People with esophagus problems should not rely on sour fruits like grapefruits, oranges, lemons, tangerines and limes. These fruits are rich in fiber, antioxidants, calcium, potassium and fibers. If you are a fruits fan following, simply reach for strawberries, apples, watermelon, blueberries and raspberries.

Puff pastries:

Continental breakfast is enticing. Specially that match of croissants and Danishes are luring but may cause certain amount of flatulence which you would not want!

Any carbonated drink:

Certainly, we don’t have to put any special mental effort to absorb this. Carbonated drinks are non-friendly food at every hour of the day. Full with the risks of cancer, diabetes, liver damage, and heart disease, carbonated drinks should not be added to breakfast regime anyway. Usually, soda has aggressive amount of sugar which is equivalent to injecting sugar in blood veins at any hour of the day. Amounting to insulin rush, it leads to a sheer adrenaline surge. Better not to walk this way.

Tea/Coffee:

The very first thing you think in the morning is to pour down some strong tea or coffee. Sadly, that can trigger your brain but not your stomach in its best interest. A boost in the hydrochloric acid levels can cause severe constipation or vomiting.  Leveled up acid levels can even hamper the digestion of complex compositions like proteins leading to bloating, inflammation and even colon cancer.
