15 Year Old Student Created History with 1000 Runs Knock

Pranav Dhanawade – A 15 year old student has earned immense respect for his family and cricket as a whole. The young cricketer has become first cricketer to score 1000 – plus runs in single inning. Pranav was playing against Arya Gurukul School in a Bhandari Cup, organized by Mumbai Cricket Association. His team has declared the innings at 1465 runs on the loss of three wickets.

A day prior to setting up a mammoth total, Pranav has broken a century old record by scoring 658 runs in just 199 balls, the previous best was of AEJ Collins who has struck 628 runs for Clark House against North Town House UK back in 1899. An only similarity between both the innings is that they both remained unbeaten on their individual highs.

Pranav Dhanawade who is a son of a Rickshaw driver, batted for 395 minutes in scoring highest individual total, inning included 59 sixes and 129 fours, while the score of 1009* came in just 323 balls on Tuesday. The match of Under-16 inter-school tournament was played at Kalyan district of Maharashtra.

Prashant Dhanawade, father of Pranav Dhanawade is equally pleased with his wonderful knock, Prashant has put all its efforts to give best of training to his kid, since Kalyan district does not have proper facilities for emerging players, Prashant has enrolled Pranav in MIG Bandra for better training.

Both Father and Son shares Sachin Tendulkar as their cricketing idol, while Pranav is a good friend of Arjun Tendulkar son of Sachin Tendulkar.

The Maharashtra government has announced to take responsibility of Pranav’s further education and training, after witnessing his epic knock. Whereas Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar has personally congratulated Pranav on a micro blogging website for his unbelievable score.
