7 simple habits to flaunt a perfect skin

In this creamy and superficial world where it gets easy for people to overshadow ‘not-so-pretty’ people and  where concept of inner beauty gets lost time and again, there comes an internal urge in people especially females to overcome all these worldly parameters. Simply because once you realize that the world will not hesitate to actually judge you by your cover then obviously you would want your cover to be good and beautiful. Just so you know, we believe every person is beautiful in an individual way, and every skin is unique. Also not just for the world to like us, but getting good skin helps in many other ways. It can boost our confidence; it can make us feel good about us, it is a sign of healthy body, it is a sign of a sound mind. Perfect skin is not a myth and things can be done to make yours flawless.

We can’t deny the fact that none of us like pimples, spots, black heads, and scars. Plus now that a different time has come where even men get conscious about how their skin looks we think it is necessary for females to buck and raise skin standards higher and give it a tough time for boys to catch up. So to all women out there, we bring you 7 simple habits to get perfect skin.

1. Eat Healthy

Healthy diets lead to healthy looking skin. Even if you are a junk food lover, try and compensate with eating something nutritious and rich in fibres. This will help to improve your digestive system and once the body is clean internally then it will show from outside too.

Try eating: Vitamins, grains, white meat, broccoli tomato, brown rice etc.

2. Drink lots of water

Water is that medicine which you have any time of the day. The more, the better. As it cleans the system of all impurities and eliminates all toxics and wastes from the body. It provides great amount of hydration for the balance of oils in the skin.

Try drinking: 2 liters of water each day.

3. Hydration of skin

To not let your skin get dry is what hydration means. Keep it clean and fresh by washing at least twice a day. The air is filled with pollutants and dust which enters yours pores easily. In order to wash them away, washing the skin is necessary.

Try washing: With cold water only.

4. Evade sun exposure

Sun rays only from 7 am to 9 am are healthy for skin otherwise try and avoid direct sun exposure too much.  UV rays have the power to hamper your skin texture to a great extent.

Try evading: Sun exposure from 10 am to 2 pm.

5. Exfoliation

People often forget to exfoliate their skin but we should tell you that it is an important part before the process of cleaning, toning and moisturizing. Exfoliation removes all the dirt as well as dead skin cells from the surface. Too much of exfoliation is also bad for skin as it can disturb the level of natural oils in the skin.

Try exfoliating: Using gram flour, brown sugar, orange peel or lentil powder.

6. Leave stress behind

Stress levels are way too dangerous for you and your skin. In fact, any sort of stress would directly show on your face. It generates extra amount of oil which then leads to pimples and white heads.

Try reducing stress: By taking warm baths, short sleeps, taking trips and watching funny sitcoms.

7. Sleep well

Sleep well

We seriously don’t understand how people don’t like to sleep. It’s the best medicine for everything in this world. Every doctor recommends 7-8 hours of sleep because it rejuvenates our happy hormones.

Try sleeping: For 7-8 hours daily.
