A Peek into the glamorous night of the Filmfare Awards 2016!

Its not everyday that one sees the entire Bollywood fraternity together at one place. It was the glamour night of the Filmfare 2016 where the best of the talents were appreciated for their hard work and immensely great work which keeps us entertaining throughout the year.

The 61st Filmfare Awards were held to honor the best movies of 2015 from the Hindi-language film industry at the Prince Ahuja Studio in Mumbai. The ceremony was hosted by the Badshah of the B-Town, Shah Rukh Khan and the comedian Kapil Sharma. Did you miss out on any single award that night? No Worries. Here are the 61st Britannia Filmfare Awards 2016 Highlights.

Where on one hand the undoubtedly gorgeous ladies set the red carpet on fire, the handsome men did the same to the stage when it came to giving breathtaking performances.  Here’s our best pick from the red carpet:

  • Best Director: Sanjay Leela Bhansali (Bajirao Mastani)
  • Best Actor: Ranveer Singh (Bajirao Mastani)
  • Best Supporting Actress: Priyanka Chopra (Bajirao Mastani)
  • Best Costume Design: Anju Modi and Maxima Basu (Bajirao Mastani)
  • Best Action: Sham Kaushal (Bajirao Mastani)
  • Best Choreography: Pandit Birju Maharaj for Mohe Rang Do Laal (Bajirao Mastani)
