Aadhar has become a part and parcel of our everyday life. Now, Aadhar is all set to take the leap ahead. The UIDAI powered Aadhar has launched an interesting competition named ‘Aadhar hai to Asani hai’ open to the public. Sounds interesting? Sure, it is! Let’s dive into the details…
The interested candidates can send in movie or stories which showcase how they have benefitted from the ‘Aadhar’. The government has announced prize money ranging from Rs 5000-20000 for the story winners. For the winners in the movie category, prize money anywhere from 20000-50000 has been introduced.
The first and the foremost requirement for entering the competition is having an Aadhar card linked with the bank account.
Here are other guidelines related to the competition which you must keep in mind.
- The competition opens on July 10 and ends on August 8 (11:59 pm).
- Entries can only be posted online.
- Articles having word-limit of 200-500 words are admissible. The articles can either be in Microsoft Word format or PDF format or blog link can be sent.
- Languages: English and Hindi
- Aadhar number, Bank number associated with Aadhar card, name and address
- Top 5 entries will win a cash prize of Rs 20,000. Not only this, another 20 best entries will win a cash prize of Rs 5000 each.
- The results will be announced on September 7, 2017.

If you are planning to send in a video, here are the instructions:
- You can post or send in you r video entires directly at the verified social media platforms of Aadhar.
- The last date to submit your entries is August 23.
- The video should run for a maximum of 5 minutes.
- Here are the acceptable video formats for this competition: MPV, AVI, FLV, WMV, MPG, MOV.
- The HD resolution of the video should be (1920*1080).
