Indian students’ dream of working with tech giants will be fulfilled soon. Indian tech students are elated as Apple Inc. has decided to come to India for campus recruitment. There is an excitement amongst Engineering college students in India. This year, Apple Inc. will do recruitment of students at the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT-H).
“We are elated that Apple has decided to come for our campus placements this year. We are not sure of the kind of profiles that the company will be offering. However, it will provide an opportunity to the graduating students to showcase their skills before representatives of the firm,” said T V Devi Prasad, head of placements at IIIT-H. He further added that Apple placements would be for IIIT Hyderabad or Bengaluru facilities.
The other companies likely to come to IIIT Hyderabad campus are Microsoft, Google, Philips and many more. The placement in college will begin in December. It is also observed that most of the companies are hiring for artificial intelligence (AI), data science, automation and deep learning this placement season.

Founded in 1998, IIIT-H is an autonomous university. Talking about IIIT-H, it was set up as a not-for-profit public private partnership (N-PPP). The International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad is an institute focused on research projects. The areas of research are the core areas of Information Technology like Computer Science, Electronics and Communications, and their applications in other domains.
