Now, another actor who is going to join the league is Arjun Kapoor. Film actor Arjun Kapoor will be coming in a new avatar in his upcoming film Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar. The actor shared first look of movie Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar on twitter. Arjun considers filmmaker Dibakar Banerjee a torchbearer of evolving new age cinema that engages and entertains.
As Arjun is playing an aspiring police officer from Haryana Police’s special unit so this role demanded special training to notch up high profile cases. He interacted with police of Delhi and Haryana and their families. In fact, the work is also being done on Arjun’s look. From his moustache, hair style to the freckles his face, Arjun looks in the movie carries the feel of Haryanvi cop.

Arjun’s statement about the role
“More than becoming the character, Dibakar wanted me to understand the world where he comes from. He wanted me to get embedded into that world. I also wanted to understand his entire journey – from the time he was 7-8 years old till he is about thirty years old. I wanted to know his psychology and the reason why he is the way he is and why he makes certain extreme choices,” says Arjun Kapoor.
Ishaqzaade co-star Parineeti Chopra
This time, Arjun will be seen with the Ishaqzaade co-star Parineeti Chopra. Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar is Arjun’s second film with Parineeti. They earlier worked together in Arjun’s debut film Ishaqzaade.
Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar is produced by Yash Raj Films. Arjun and Parineeti’s Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar will be hitting the theatres on August 3, 2018.
