In the new video of the music band Coldplay which was recently released online depicts India with the peoples’ favorite Beyonce aka Bey, and our very gorgeous style queen Sonam Kapoor.
The video ‘Hymm for the Weekend’ was completely filmed in India and it show cases India again in a very dramatic way including the ghats of Banaras, pole-balancing sadhus, the poor kids playing Holi with colors and the typical Indian theaters.
The video begins with a few shots of the streets and the kids and then, Chris Martin (Singer) is seen roaming on the streets on India, playing with poor kids and travelling through the taxi. Beyonce, is portrayed as a Bollywood performer and we must tell you that she looks absolutely stunning in the Indian attire which is worn by her in the video. Also the video features Sonam Kapoor in a beautiful ethnic wear towards the end of the video. She looks breathtakingly gorgeous.
Coldplay is one of those bands that people can proudly claim to love, in public and it now gives Indians and Bey fans another reason to show their love towards it. Like every coin has two sides, this Coldplay video is also getting a lot of criticism for portraying India as a dirty country like its always have been. They say India is much more than the Ghats of Banaras, the poor kids and the snake charmers.
