The Shiv Sena ruled Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) Sena, caught the attention of various authorities owing to its indecorous infrastructure and high unpreparedness to meet eventualities. Various quarters, including commentators and cultural personalities, pointed out this deficit.
