His comments also disturbed the working of Parliament as it caused a huge furor in the BSP leaders and workers. Because of the whole incident, BJP was forced to expel their party leader for 6 years.

The drama went to a whole new level after Dayashankar’s wife also met the Governor to file a complaint against BSP leaders and their chief for dragging her into the matter from nowhere and molesting her mother-in-law, her 12-year old daughter and herself again and again in their statements, out of the feeling of revenge.
