The first look of upcoming biopic on Shiv Sena’s chief late Bal Thackeray is finally out. The biopic is titled ‘Thackeray’. Nawazuddin Siddiqui who is going to portray the character of this character has shared the first look poster of him in and as ‘Thackeray’ on social media.
Nawazuddin Siddiqui shared the first look on his Instagram account and his resemblance with Shiv Sena’s head Balasaheb is really amazing.
In fact, his life is nothing less than a movie. Many personalities expressed their delight on making of this film. Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan is happy on Balasaheb’s biopic. He used to share emotional bond with him. Big B also congratulated writer of film Sanjay Raut and also offered his help in filmmaking.
Movie Thackeray is produced by Sanjay Raut and directed by Abhijit Panse. Sanjay Raut is a journalist and Member of Parliament who has penned down the film.
Who was Bal Thackeray?
Bal Thackeray was one of the iconic politicians. He had started his career as a cartoonist and social worker. His political party Shiv Sena in Maharashtra has ruled for 50 years. It has changed the face of politics in the state. He passed away in 2012.
