It has often happened with all of us that we have thought of waking up early and exercising to get a fit and healthy body. We have frequently made plans and a proper schedule of what to do when, what to avoid and what to eat etc. but haven’t quite succeeded. There has always been something that came in the way be it the laziness to wake up early or the lack of motivation and thus we have always procrastinated our workout schedule.
