This year’s Independence Day will be memorable. Although every year many programs were held t o celebrate the freedom of India from British rule, this year has something special. On the eve of Independence Day, a human chain along the 650-km-long Pakistan border will be organized. This will be a great event under a programme ‘Shahadat ko Salam’. Know more.

15th August, Indian Independence Day, holds a special place in the heart of every Indian. This year, India will celebrate the 72nd anniversary of Independence. The news of a human chain along the 650-km-long Pakistan is making everyone excited. Thanks to the Chief Minister of Rajasthan government, Vasundhara Raje for honouring the nation and reigniting the spirits. This human chain will be formed along the districts of Rajasthan near to India-Pak border. These districts are Bikaner, Barmer, Jaislamer and Sriganganagar.

CM Raje made this announcement in Udaipur during her Rajasthan Gaurav Yatra. She said that the state government with the help of Border Security Force and the Army on August 14 would organize the event. She shared that the state of Rajasthan gave a large number of brave soldiers to the various wings of the armed forces. This program will be a way to show them that the nation is with them.
