Parineeti Chopra and Sidharth Malhotra have united together almost a gap of 4 and half years for their upcoming movie Jabariya Jodi. They have last worked in Hasee Toh Phasee. These two actors have unveiled the first two posters from their film Jabariya Jodi on their Twitter. Both Parineeti and Sidharth are looking quite quirky in the posters. Well.. talking about the posters, in one of the posters shared by Parineeti, both the actors can be seen gazing at each other while a groom lies on the chair unconscious. The second poster of the movie is shared by hunk Sidharth Malhotra. He posted the poster on his timeline and introduced their characters in the movie which are Abhay and Babli.

The film went on to the floor this month and the photograph of the film’s clapboard was shared by Balaji Motion Pictures. In fact, Ekta Kapoor called this movie Balaji’s ‘funniest film’. She added,”Move over surprise parties..and make way for surprise shaadis.”
Directed by Prashant Singh, Jabariya Jodi is reportedly based on pakadwa vivah prevalent in parts of India. Pakadwa vivah is a practice in which the groom is kidnapped by the bride’s family and forced into marriage. As per the report, the film was previously titled ‘Shotgun Shaadi’.
