Kerala’s infrastructure, standing crops and tourism facilities are severely hit. Lacs of people have lost their homes and taking haven in relief camps. People across the nation are supporting the flood hit state through money, food, clothes and other essential commodities. People are also sending their prayers for the nation. Donation Kerala received till now
PM Narendra Modi announced Rs 500 crore to Kerala in addition to Home Minister Rajnath Singh’s ₹ 100 crore granted as an immediate relief to the state. Apart from this, Chief Ministers of various states donated to Kerala. Various businessmen and individuals have also been donating monetary funds. Tollywood celebs supported the victims through money while Bollywood urges to donate the flood hit state. In fact, various donation camps have sprung up across the country for Kerala. NGOs and other financial institutions have also donated.
