The 2-day Jaipur lifestyle exhibition kicked off in style at Jaipur this Thursday. This year’s exhibition was a beautiful amalgamation of creativity, beauty and style that brought an assembly of talented jewellery artists, dress designers and artists from across the country on a single platform. This fashion fiesta is organised by FICCI Ladies organisation (FLO) in Trimurti circle.

  • Nature-inspired Skirts and outfits

This season, Kimkhab fabric is the talk of the town. It’s a type of Indian brocade woven with silk and golden threads. The brocade contains raised floral patterns made on Jacquard silk or similar fabric. Dress designers experimented with this fabric and finally conjured silken skirts and gowns inspired by nature.

Designer Aashna Vaswani designed a beautiful skirt inspired by the crimson, purple and red shades of the sun-lit sky. It goes with a crop top that comes in forest green shades.

  • Kid’s wear

Kolkata-based designer Saurav Kanoria displayed his collection of designer Lehengas, one-piece and skirts in silk, satin and net fabrics for kids and teens.

Shruti Patni, a local jewellery designer displayed colourful bridal jewellery made of ‘Gota’, crystals and imitation gemstones. There were necklaces, earring and rings made in unique flower patterns. They go with purses and wallets adorned with dazzling sequences and Swarovski crystals and mirror work.
