Today is the International Yoga Day and we are excited about sharing some of the best visuals of Bollywood celebrities and personalities performing yoga asanas and more. While Kangana Ranaut, Shilpa Shetty, Malaika Arora Khan have been leading the bandwagon, there are scores of other actresses who have made this day a lot more brighter for us.
Here is how Shilpa Shetty addressed her Instagram family on the YogaDay. This is how she captioned the post, describing the benison that Yoga is and explaining the word “Pranayam”. “Prana means life (no life without breath), Ayama means practice/control. So when you practice control over breath you WILL have control over your LIFE and MIND. It not only cleanses 72000 nadis/channels, your mind and blood ,but that cleansing process translates into energy.. SHAKTI.. Next was Kangana Ranaut, who flexed her muscles and touched her forehead with her feet. The visual was enchanting as the Queen of Bollywood sent out a clear message about Yoga and the miracles it brings with it.
