In the presence of CM Raje, three new MoUs signed to spur skill development in Rajasthan

They say only the people who will take learning, growth and skill development into their own hands will be tomorrow’s leaders. Our Prime Minister Narendra Modi once said,”The more we give importance to skill development, the more competent will be our youth.” And to promote the same in her state, Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje have launched several schemes and training institute.

What’s new to that? In the presence of Chief Minister Raje, with the aim of development and progress, three MoUs have been signed by the DSEE (Department of Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship) on Tuesday. These MoUs aim at skill training in advanced driving training, agriculture, Allied Healthcare, spa and wellness, nutrition and health education. On the occasion, Chief Minister Raje said, “It is government’s responsibility of making the youth of the state skill developed and employable. For the development of these skills, we have identified emerging areas where the skilled labour force is in great demand and have signed memorandum of understanding.”

CM Raje said that the field of fitness and wellness holds great possibilities which will not only help the youth of the state to fetch better jobs but it will eventually also help the tourism of the state. She further said that high quality training is essential in the field of health so that the people would not suffer due to lack of experience. People’s health is top priority on her list and as she has said before no negligence towards the same will be tolerated.

Following are the 3 MoUs that have been signed in the presence of CM Raje by the department of skill, employment and entrepreneurship:

MoU for driver training: They say it is better to be late, then to arrive ugly. Safe driving is an important message that must be disseminated to every corner of the world. To do her part for the same, she has announced the establishment of a driving training centre in Ajmer. There are two training centre that are already running in the state in Sikar and Railmagra districts respectively. She believes, to make roads safer good driving training is a must. Under this MoU, driving training for light and heavy, personal and commercial vehicles will be provided. Also, agriculture, animal husbandry and horticulture skill training will be provided. RIS, a Mumbai based company, is working for skill development with specialization in driver’s training and agriculture industry.

MoU for Spa and wellness skill training: Under this MoU, skills training in Allied Healthcare, spa and wellness, nutrition and health education will be provided. MGUMS is an 850 bedded well known multi-specialist Hospital in Jaipur with attached Dental, Nursing and Physiotherapy Colleges. They will provide skill training in the field of Allied Health Care, Spa & Wellness and Nutrition and Health Education.

MoU for Dialysis assistant and training of technicians: Under this MoU, skill trainings in Nutrition, health, wellness, spa and health education will be provided. YIT, a Pune based company, will establish 3 centres in Jhalawar, Ajmer and Bikaner to train 420 youth in Allied Health Care, Spa & Wellness and Nutrition and Health Education under ELSTP norms. This institute would also give training for dialysis assistant and dialysis technician at Biomed Academy, Jhalawar.

Minister of State Labour and Employment Shri Surendra Pal Singh, Chairman of Rise India Shri Ashok Jain and other officers were present on this occasion.
