The path for attaining Economic Development and Cultural change is not easy. It is filled with hurdles and requires a lot of hard work. The degree of sincerity required is much greater when you aim towards the development of a whole state. But the change can be initiated any day. Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje is also heading towards bringing a change in the Indian Politics by focusing on development oriented politics rather than politics based on castes and creeds. After the exhaustive meetings and foreign tour, Vasundhara is still in the uncompromising state for the developments in the capital city, Jaipur during her absence.
It is known to the whole country that Jaipur city is chosen for the Smart City project and for that project, the city should have a solid infrastructure and suitable sanitation plans.
To check these two tasks of Jaipur Municipal Corporation, on her way back home from Airport, CM Vasundhara Raje had a surprise visit to the Malviya Nagar area. But the condition of the area has become the reason of displeasure for Raje.
The Jaipur Municipal Corporation (JMC) has proved insufficient and improper to carry out the sanitation work of the city smoothly. Raje’s resentment clearly opened the loopholes in the working of JMC. The incident happened when CM was heading to her official residence from airport after she successfully concluded her foreign visit to Russia and Dubai that she inspected sanitation arrangement in the Sector 1, 3, 9 and 10 of Malviya Nagar area and near Satkar Shopping Centre. CM Raje saw various heaps of garbage on roadside and rebuked officials and Jaipur mayor Nirmal Nahata for their ignorant and inefficient approach which were even not befitting a normal city.
The sources and eyewitnesses revealed that she admonished JMC commissioner and mayor.
The concentration with which CM Raje is working is commendable as there are earlier incidents also in which she would make surprise visits or stop her cavalcade on seeing the garbage and ask the officials to get the place cleaned.
Extend you support to the CM and Government authorities to make the city clean and green as only a group effort is capable enough to bring changes on such a large scale.
