Ram Gopal Varma and his best actor companion senior Bachchan met recently at Ramu’s Mumbai office. The pair has shown brilliant combination of directing and acting in films like, Sarkar franchise, Department, Ram Gopal Varma ki Aag, Nishabdh, Rann and Darna Zaroori Hai. So all the media contemplation went crazy wondering what this latest meet between the two stars is about. It was being speculated that the very popular and hit Sarkar Franchise might get a third sequel on board and as it seems, Sarkar 3 is actually in line and will happen very soon.
Being a national award winner, Ram Gopal Varma was quite eager to get back together with Mr Bachchan as everyone knows what their pair can do and achieve on box office. When the actor met the director on his 54th birthday, great plans must have been cooked between the two because the media sources seem to be quite sure about Sarkar 3 to come on the floor.
Amitabh Bachchan on being asked about this news, his reply was, “Yes, I did visit Ram Gopal Varma at his new `Company’ and among the many things we talked about, one was ‘Sarkar 3′.”
While we could see sheer excitement from Ramu’s side when he stated, “I am as excited as a teenager on his first date because I take Sarkar 3 as an opportunity to redeem, reinvent and redefine myself. Since it’s a 10-year-old-franchise, it’s a lot of work. We are keeping the essence of ‘Sarkar’ intact but are working on updating the issues. Amitji will be styled pertinent to today’s fashion trends.”
Only senior Bachchan will be a part of the third venture. His son and daughter in law are not to be seen in the film. Even so, this is good news for the Bollywood fans who would love to see this director-actor duo again on screen.
