India’s top cricket player Sachin Tendulkar, slams British Airways on misplacing luggage and tickets issues. Sachin in his recent tweet has hash tagged British Airways with #neveronBA. The reaction is part of a complain that this star cricketer has raised, through twitter.
The matter corresponds to the issue that Sachin has availed booking in British Airways for one of his relative, intending to join him in on-going All Star T20 series played in United States. The tickets so booked was kept in waiting list and never confirmed, even when the air craft had unoccupied seats on the route.
Sachin being a gentleman never minded that response from the Airlines, but miseries was still not over, as British Airways has wrongly tagged the luggage and transported it to some other country. It was at that point Tendulkar came-out with a complaining tweet, which was tweeted to British airways.

As a part of a standard response British Airways customer tweeted to Sachin “@Sachin_rt We’re really sorry to hear this Sachin, could you please DM us your baggage ref, full name and address so we can look into this for you?”
The most hilarious part in this tweet of British Airways is the official asking Sachin for his full name, unaware of the fact that Sachin is a Top Batsmen not only in India but also in the world. It would pointless to say that Airways official did not came across, number of followers (8.4 million) the player has on same social media platform.
A spokesperson from British Airways told a leading cricket magazine “We are very sorry for the incontinence and are in direct contact with our customer to resolve the issue.”
The @british_airways team has expressed deep regret and have offered to look into customer services issues (1/2)

Thank you dear tweeple from all over for your love and support on this one (2/2)

A tweet which followed the series of tweets came on the issue and probably be the last one in which, Tendulkar wrote “Airways has apologized for their poor customer service and thanked fans for their support.”
