Om Shanti Om (2007)

Again with Shahrukh Khan, this movie is touted to be Farah Khan’s best-directed movie. It encapsulated a multitude of genres like love, thrill, action, fun and more. Major Ram (Shahrukh) goes undercover as a college student upon orders to protect a general’s daughter (Amrita Rao) from a soldier. Ram finds his long-lost brother (Zayed Khan). This film also integrates an item number by Sushmita Sen which is talked about till date.

On the prima facie, Farah Khan did not play a major role in the blockbuster Karan Johar film. But she sure contributed to building the storyline. It was Farah Khan who suggested Kajol’s sari should fly in the air towards the end of ‘Ladki Badi Anjani hai’.
