rajasthan govt all schemes

Vasundhara Raje, Rajasthan Chief Minister held a workshop with the fellow MPs and MLAs of the state on Monday 30th May 2016 at Jaipur. The agenda being the limited access all government schemes and initiatives receive from the public of the state. Expressing concern for the same, Raje has directed party MPs and MLAs to put their foot forward in publishing the schemes and programmes of the government to the masses. Also, they are asked to collect appropriate feedback from the public in order to improve/amend the schemes if required.

During this workshop, CM Raje clearly addressed party’s public representatives to go to the Gram Panchayat level and make sure proper discussions of schemes like Jal Swavlambhan Abhiyan and Bhamashah scheme are held. Only then the public will be able to give their valuable and suggestive inputs. It is important for the interest of the public to be acquainted with the information of the various schemes and programmes the government is running for them.  As proper awareness like such could only make people take full advantage of the schemes and services the government is willing to offer.

Raje stated that the MPs and MLAs have been provided with information folders which include all relevant details of the state government’s ongoing programs and schemes. They further have been told to study the given information and disseminate it in their respective regions.
She took this opportunity to emphasise Prime Minister Modi’s idea that MPs and MLAs must connect with various social media platforms that are available in this technologically developed society. They should make sure that optimum utilisation of social media platforms is done to increase the number of followers and directly connect with them. Each MP and MLA has been asked to achieve at least 1, 00,000 and 50,000 followers, respectively.

All the public representatives have been appealed by the CM herself to support and to give full cooperation to the measures taken to prevent illegal electricity theft. It is their responsibility to make the common people report such thefts without any hesitation so that it can be decreased by at least 20%. Not just this, cooperation from the representatives has also been asked regarding the completion of the developmental works under the Jal Swavalamban Abhiyan before monsoon approaches. CM Raje said that through convergence of NREGA fund, more concrete work can be made possible like Gaurav Path.  Representatives must pay special attention towards this fact. Raje said wider dissemination and monitoring of the Bhamashah Yojana should be done so as the cash and non-cash benefits can reach out to the respective recipients of the state in a time bound manner.

The workshop ended on a positive note with a lot of developing decisions taken for the betterment of the state and its people.
