Home Minister Rajnath Singh in Kashmir

After the prevailing law and condition situations in the Jammu and Kashmir, Home Minister Rajnath Singh is on his two day visit to the state to take an overview of the tensed situation and to take feedback. Rajnath Singh arrived on Saturday at the Srinagar International Airport at around 11:45 am and will be in the state or next two days. Home Minister Rajnath Singh in Kashmir has been accompanied by a team which includes Directors-General (DGs) of central paramilitary forces and senior home ministry officials.

Here, during the two day visit, he will meet various representatives of various political parties and civil society members. He will discuss about the solutions and the ways that could be opted to control the current prevailing situation in the Kashmir valley. He will also conduct a one-to-one interaction with Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and Governor NN Vohra, apart from  chairing a high level security meeting.

This will be Home Minister, Rajnath Singh’s second visit to the Kashmir Valley in this month.
