Motorola Launched Moto 360 Smartwatch 2nd Generation; Unwrap Moto 360 Sports

Motorola has officially launched its 2nd generation Smart-watch, a first of a kind fully customized gadget. The Moto 360 Smart-watch is available in three models; Men’s watch with two sizes, women version and the Moto 360 Sports.

The predecessor of Moto 360 launched last year had a number of issues, ranging from being too large in size, with a disappointing battery life to a wired design (internal strap mount). but in just about a year later, Motorola bounces back with a re-designed gadget in family of Android system.

Moto 360 men’s version comes in two size 42mm and 46mm which has a screen size of 1.57-inch, women’s version is available in 42mm and Moto 360 sports in 42mm along with 1.37-inch screen. Other specs include 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 400, 512MB RAM, 300mAh battery and 4GB internal storage. There is Bluetooth 4.0 and 802.11b/g Wi-Fi for connectivity.

For the young Men and Women Moto 360 is still using a round design, however has made small yet significant changes. The strap mounts of both version are now standard heave merged outside of the watches, making it easier to swap bands and give a traditional look to the gadget. The smaller sized model appears to be more appealing.

The most remarkable thing about the new 360 is they are compatible with both IOS and Android, software being latest of version of Android wear. The company has included a couple of new faces that have ‘Live Dials’, which are the company’s most interactive complication. These dials can be set to weather conditions, step count, battery level or apps shortcuts.

The simple yet handy smart wear is available for pre-order on Motorola, price ranges between Rs15,999 to 18,750, whereas cost of Moto 360 sports has not been announced by the company.
