Anurag Basu’s much-awaited sci-fi film Jagga Jasoos is in speculation right from it’s announcement. ex-lover Ranbir Kapoor and Katrina Kaif is in the lead role.
It has aroused more excitement and curiosity as this will be a film after around 6 years, that Katrina and Ranbir will be seen together. The movie is in limelight for reasons more than one.
To top it all off, as many as 29 songs have been integrated into the story line.
Pritam is the music composer of Jagga Jasoos who has infused a different song story in the film. He has composed and create as many as 29 songs to make the movie more endearing and alluring.
In addition to Ranbir and Katrina, this movie also boasts of melifulous music is also touted to be its USP. The flick is a musical and will have mellifluous tunes by music director Pritam at the heart of it.
Speaking to a leading daily, Pritam revealed the exact number of soundtracks the movie will have and said, “There are 29 songs in all.”
Pritam was happy to inform the media about this news. He said, “You see Ranbir Kapoor throughout the film, the only time he doesn’t, is when he sings. And every time he expresses an emotion strongly, it’s through songs. Think of the effortlessness and the ways songs are featured in La La Land. They’re part of the story. And the narrative flows forward through it.”
Co-produced by Ranbir Kapoor, Anurag Basu, Siddharth Roy Kapur and Mahesh Samat, the movie co-stars atrina Kaif and Adah Sharma in the lead. A well-etched story, with a fun climax, Jagga Jasoos is a movie to watch out for in 2017.
