SALMAN KHAN ACQUITTED IN CHINKARA CASE

SALMAN KHAN ACQUITTED IN BLACK BUCK & CHINKARA CASE

After almost 2 decades, High court of Rajasthan in Jodhpur has acquitted Sultan Salman Khan in long running case of Chinkara hunting. The verdict came out today and now Salman Khan can take a break of relief as no more Chinkara case  court hearings will be held.

The verdicts to be announced were initially of two categories. One with an imprisonment of less than 5 years and then freedom to Salman Khan while the other one with high possibility of the actor being put behind bars.

Previously through the lower courts working in Jaipur, Salman was given an imprisonment order of 5 years. But due to his petition to the higher courts, he now is a free man.

Both the cases of poaching were filed against him during his illegal acts on the sets of “Hum Aapke Hain Kaun” in Jodhpur between the dates 26-28 September, 1998.
