Samsung Is Soon Going to Reason Out Note 7 Catastrophe

Previous year, the tech giant, Samsung got into massive hassle of Galaxy Note 7 catching fire issues. This was blamed as a massive catastrophe in tech market. The company took the matter into concerns and confirmed that the phone’s battery was behind these explosions.

The company is planning to launch Samsung Galaxy S8 by mid of the year. After the Note 7 unfavourable explosion in the market, it has become more the impossible for the company to come up with any sort of convincing explanation for the phone. Restoring customer faith is main concern here. An analyst from Singapore mentioned that, “They have got to make sure they come clean and they have got to reassure buyers as to why this would not happen again”.

On January 23, the company will probably unleash the investigation results. The information was revealed by a company person who is anonymous. The results will be discussed and declared by Koh Dong-jin who is head of Samsung mobile business.

The company called back more than 2.5 million Notes back in September and reasoned out the explosion issue as one manufacturing defect. The company was claiming the replacement of batteries from a new supplier but even the new ones were catching fire.

The reviewers suspect that the company may not have left enough space inside the phone along with the battery. In the month of October, Samsung assured the consumers that the company is putting all possible attempts to check all aspects of phone battery failure.

The company is going to face a major question mark on the sales of its new launches in this year. During the investigation sessions, fire catch up reasons could not be reasoned with phone’s software and hardware build up. Battery defect is the only thing to be blamed here. We are just curious to listen to what explanations and amendments the company has to offer.
