Sonia Gandhi, the president of Indian Congress Party is set to do a rally in none other than Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s constituency. She has planned to do a road show on 2nd of August 2016 in Varanasi. Uttar Pradesh assembly polls are around the corner and she has planned to mark an entry through this road show under the Congress Election Campaign in Varanasi. According to the sources, Sonia Gandhi is organising this rally/road show to interact with the people of the city and make them show that PM Modi has not fulfilled his promises and has not delivered the promised developmental works. After Narendra Modi becoming the Prime Minister of the country, this would be Sonia Gandhi’s first visit to Varanasi. Along with son Rahul Gandhi, Sonia Gandhi will also flag off at AICC on Saturday a three-day Congress bus yatra.
