Your eyes require same attention and care as your skin does in the summers. Healthy eyes are a must and it is not that hard to maintain the health. All you need to do is just to keep a few things in mind. Today we are here to brief you about some tips to keep in mind to keep your eyes healthy in summers.

    Rest is equally important. You need to take proper sleep during the night and if possible 15 minutes nap twice daily to prevent your eyes getting dry. Not getting enough sleep will also give you dark circle which we bet you won’t like.
