Rajasthan, the largest state of the country is being rapidly developed under the guidance and leadership of the Chief Minister of the state Smt. Vasundhara Raje. She has been successful in turning the tables around with her efforts and coordination with the various districts of the state. Never has it happened before, that the chief minister would have went village to village and district to district to examine and understand the real problems of the people and find immediate solutions to them resulting in the state’s overall development.

Vasundhara Raje now is on her 2 days visit to the holy district of Ajmer. In these two days she was planned to inaugurate several development works for the district and on the second day of her visit she will hoist the Indian tricolour and will address the state on the occasion of 70th Independence Day. She on the first day of her visit not only had inaugurated and laid foundation stones of various development works for Ajmer but also founded 49 future development projects worth rupees 714 crores. She said, today, Ajmer has celebrated ‘Development Day’ prior to ‘Independence Day’.

She believes that Ajmer is one of the most important districts for the state and thus she has turned every possible stone to make it work. Ajmer will flourish and become a prosperous and smart district says CM Raje. Under her leadership the state has witnessed significant changes moving towards development of not only districts, villages and hamlets but also of every individual as it was promised by the Vasundhara government during the time of elections. Unlike others, this time BJP Government despite of debt and other factors have been able to bring out Rajasthan as a shining state.

While she was addressing a huge gathering at the Regional College in Ajmer, she said that the credit for the development in the various districts including Ajmer goes only to the people of the state who have continuously shown faith and trust in the government and its various schemes and policies. She said Rajasthan is unstoppable with government’s efforts and people’s trust and will undoubtedly soon become one of the leading states of the country. She started her first day of the visit by inaugurating a centralized kitchen at Siksha Sankul for the mid-day meals and also served food to the kids. Not only was she impressed to see the management but also seemed happy to see that the food served to the children during the mid-day meals is of high quality as she herself tasted it. She spent some quality time with the children who were mesmerised to get such affection for her. Later she appealed to the residents of the district to be attentive and careful towards cleanliness of their surroundings. She emphasised on the fact that the lakes are important and thus shall be maintained and kept all clean. Also, she said, this is not only government’s responsibility but also of the peoples. She said government is doing its part and people must do their part.

Smt. Raje said, “Public distribution system (PDS) had become transparent with use of POS machines and lakhs of people have been benefitted out of it. Every new scheme initiated might have some flaws, but the state government was committed to remove such difficulties with utmost urgency. Strict action would be taken against the ill-doings in providing e-mitra services to the public.”

CM Raje further directed the  concerned officials to establish a proper sewage treatment plant at Pushkar. Keeping in mind that Ajmer and Pushkar are considered one of the most holy places in the state, she has also directed the officials to take necessary steps and organise a grand Bhakti music festival in Pushkar every year in the month of December.

Smt. Raje said,”The development schemes such as Bhamashah Yojna, Bhamashah Health Insurance and Annapurna Bhandar Yojna would prove to be game changers for the people of Rajasthan. Despite the bad shape of finances of the state, the government had really worked hard to put Rajasthan on the path of progress.”

Ajmer and other districts of the state have seen immense progress and are hopeful of becoming more progressive under the leadership of CM Vasundhara Raje. Rajasthan, undoubtedly is shining like a star.
